RVA friends' Campaign
According to law #3, there should be no bombs, or guns, or drugs in the pârnai (except alcohol, tobacco, and caffiene, etc.), but this doesn’t stop entrepreneurs from trying. There is a thriving industry of illegal goods, and one can get any fix or weapon if one knows where to ask. Trade for such goods is generally “off record.” Like other business enterprises that aren’t official, payment is done strictly in creds jumps exchanges. However, since life in the pârnai is very communal, it doesn’t take long for the deputies to catch wind of any illegal trades. Success of such businesses requires their implicit consent. This also implies tacit consent from the Sherriff, who permits such things as long as they don’t get out of control.
